Each competitor brings their own dough prepared for the competition as well as all other ingredients for filling. On-site, they stretch the dough, add toppings, and bake the pizza in front of the audience and the jury. After baking, they must present their pizza to the jury and answer questions about the dough preparation process, ingredients, and techniques used.
