Anatoli Kolev

Master Instructor at Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli. With over 20 years of experience in the pizza industry, he has served as a judge at numerous pizza competitions, including the World Pizza Championship in Parma, the World Cup in Rome, the International Pizza Competition in France, the International Pizza Competition in Romania, and more. Vice President of the Bulgarian Pizza Masters Association and organizer of the International Pizza Competition in Sofia.

Radostin Kiryazov

Master Instructor at Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli and President of the Bulgarian Pizza Masters Association. Organizer of the International Pizza Competition in Sofia. Owner of La Terra pizzeria, ranked among the 50 best pizzerias in Europe. Judge at many international competitions, including the World Pizza Championship in Parma, the World Cup in Rome, the International Pizza Competition in Romania, and Pizza Expo Las Vegas.

Zoran Jovanovski

Master Instructor at the Italian Academy of Pizza Masters since 2015, holding a three-star certification. Head of the Macedonian Pizza Masters Academy and licensed representative for Serbia. Brand Ambassador for Swedish Pizza Master. Winner of competitions in Sweden, China, Mongolia, and Italy. Member of the jury at many competitions, including the World Pizza Championship in Rimini, the International Competition in Sofia, and Expocook in Rome. President of the Macedonian Pizza Masters Association.

Ciprian Zamfir

President of the Romanian Pizza Masters Association and organizer of the International Pizza Competition in Bucharest. Winner of the European Pizza Championship in Barcelona in 2010. Brand Ambassador for Le 5 Stagioni. Judge at many international competitions, including the World Pizza Championship in Parma, the World Cup in Rome, the International Competition in Budapest, and the International Competition in Sofia.

Nicola Demo

Started his professional career running his own pizzeria in Bibione. In 1993, he joined the research team of Molino Agugiaro, dedicating his expertise to technical support for clients and studying the performance of Le 5 Stagioni flours. As a living legend of the brand and a deep connoisseur of flour, Nicola Demo continues to provide support and contribute to the R&D sector of today’s Agugiaro & Figna group. Judge at numerous competitions in Italy and across Europe.

Pietro De Paola

Winner of the World Cup in the Innovative Pizza category. Throughout his long career, he has received numerous awards at various competitions. Judge at both the World Pizza Championship and the World Cup.

Đordje Klipić

A pragmatic, creative, and passionate chef with years of experience creating delicious dishes blending flavors from various international cuisines. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Hotel Holiday Inn and Grand Casino.

Dejan Stanković

Executive Head Chef at Mozzarella Osteria. Gastronomy lecturer at the School of Hospitality and Management in Belgrade. Menu author and kitchen organizer for numerous restaurants and hotels in Serbia and abroad. Former President of the Culinary Federation of Serbia, member of the Croatian Culinary Association, and the Association of Chefs of Istria County. World Chefs certified judge (License B). Certified food and beverage quality evaluator according to ISO standards. Judge at numerous competitions in Serbia and across Europe.

Duilio Girotto

Currently works for Industria Molitoria Perteghella as a pizzaiolo, performing demonstrations, participating in trade fairs, and providing consulting in Italy and abroad for the Strapizza brand. Competed for four years in the Campionato Mondiale della Pizza, winning multiple awards — including first place with the Rome Acrobatics Team in 1999, second place with the same team in 2000, and fifth place with a Teglia alla Romana pizza. Served as a judge at the World Pizza Championship from 2018 to 2024, as well as at many other international competitions.

Nenad Trimčević

A third-generation Belgrade baker. In 1987, won first place in a Studio B competition for the best cheese burek. Participated in organizing and judging at all Pekarijada events held by the Bakers’ Union. President of the jury at Pekarijada competitions organized by Lesaffre.

Ljubomir Pavlović

Business Bakery Developer at Lesaffre Serbia for the past seven years. Winner of the national competition representing Serbia at the prestigious Louis Lesaffre Cup in France in 2015. Has 25 years of experience in both domestic and international bakeries. Member of the jury at the first Pekarijada, later joining the organizing committee for subsequent events.

Marko Dragićević

Owner of a family bakery in Belgrade operating for over 70 years. Organizer and participant in many bakery and food fairs in Belgrade and Pećinci. Vice President of the Bakers’ Association of Serbia, Artisan Baking Department. Organizer of the traditional Christmas bread (Česnica) in front of Saint Sava Temple. Member of Serbia’s national bakery team at the 2015 European Bakery Championship in Lille, France. Member of the Pekarijada organizing committee and jury at four editions of the event.

Antonio Scorza

Inspector and certified judge for the prestigious Peperoncino Rosso Guide. Based in Orta Nova, in the province of Foggia, Antonio is a prominent figure on the Italian culinary scene. Combining expertise, precision, and passion in every evaluation, he is not only a master pizzaiolo but also a skilled master baker. Organizer of competitions in Orta Nova. Judge at the Expocook World Championship in Rome and Palermo.

Tanja Andjelković

A prominent media personality, known as the director of Radio S and host of the popular TV show Neka ti je slatko (“May It Be Sweet”) on Blic TV. The show combines her passions for cooking and entertainment, attracting a wide audience with its relaxed atmosphere and celebrity guests. Her book Siti i srećni (“Full and Happy”) is a collection of family recipes that preserve the flavors of traditional Serbian cuisine, with a focus on authentic southern Serbian dishes.

Milan Čiča

From the earliest issues of Pekar i Poslastičar magazine, he has followed the energy, inspiration, and creativity of bakers, pastry chefs, cooks, and pizzaiolos whose work, knowledge, and innovations have graced the magazine’s pages. As a jury member at Pekarijada 2019, he observed the passion, competitive spirit, camaraderie, and knowledge exchange between bakers and pizza makers.

Dalibor Cvejić

Business Bakery Developer and manager at the bakery center of Lesaffre Serbia. Over 30 years of experience in prestigious Belgrade bakeries. Winner of the 2015 National Bakery Championship, earning a place on Serbia’s team at the European Championship finals in France. Jury member at the first Pekarijada and various school competitions, part of the organizing team for all subsequent Pekarijada events.

Marko Jandrić

Born in Belgrade in 1980. Graduated from the Secondary School of Hospitality and Tourism in Belgrade and later from K.G. Razumovsky University in Moscow, specializing in Technology and Hotel Business Management. Gained experience at Hyatt Regency Belgrade, Nikki Beach Montenegro (as Executive Chef and later F&B Director), and in Russia (Grand Hotel Vostok — Brand Chef and F&B Director). Worked in Macedonia at Casino Flamingo as Executive Chef. Served as a WACS Category B judge from 2016 to 2021, coaching competitors for events in Moscow, Kazan, Ufa, and Yekaterinburg.

Nenad Vujović

Holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering, specializing in Food Technology from the University of Belgrade. Completed postgraduate studies in Technological Microbiology. Since 1996, he has worked in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. Author of several professional books in food technology. External lecturer at the National Academy for Public Administration and certified HACCP instructor. As Senior Advisor at the Ministry, he contributed to numerous food safety laws, by-laws, guides, and strategies.

Mario Folliero

A leading figure in the international pizza scene, Mario combines tradition and innovation. Son of legendary pizzaiolo Alfredo Folliero and chef Flavia Ferraro, he created the Pizza World Cup in 2002, followed by Coppa Italia Pizza di Qualità, Pizza European Cup, Coppa Mediterranea, and Pizza Master Cup. Founder of Pizza Style School and honorary doctorate holder in Educational Sciences. His global career includes organizing competitions, mentoring startups, and consulting across Europe, Asia, Australia, the Americas, and the UAE.

Alfredo Folliero

The Folliero family has been part of the pizza world since the 1930s. Alfredo was one of Italy’s greatest pizzaiolos, passionate about training young talent and promoting pizza culture. In the 1980s, he co-founded a major Italian association and established UPTER, an organization defending pizzaiolo rights. Together with Mario, he co-organizes the World Cup in Rome.

Đorđel Bunda

Born April 17, 1991, in Vladimirovac. At age 20, he moved to Calabria, Italy, where he first encountered authentic Neapolitan dough. Spent four years working as a pizzaiolo in Italy before returning to Serbia. Since 2021, he has worked at Pizzeria Bosiljak in Zemun, specializing in both traditional and modern Neapolitan pizza. Now co-leads the pizza department at Bosiljak with Branimir Dželebdžić.

Branimir Dželebdžić

Born April 16, 1987, in Belgrade. Began his pizzaiolo career 19 years ago, working in Serbia and the Croatian coast. Skilled in Pizza Romana, classic pizza, and both traditional and modern Neapolitan styles. Passionate about wood-fired baking. Since 2023, he has co-led the pizza department at Pizzeria Bosiljak. Supported in his work by his wife and three daughters.

Goran Radivojević

Lecturer in gastronomy at the Department of Geography, Tourism, and Hospitality, University of Novi Sad. With over 20 years of high-level culinary experience in prestigious venues such as The Dorchester in London, he mentors students and young chefs for national and international competitions. Silver medalist at the European edition of the Global Chef Challenge in Italy and the global finals in Singapore under World Chefs. Judge at national and international culinary competitions and mentor of Serbia’s junior team at the 2020 IKA Culinary Olympics.

Giuseppe Taormina

One of the organizers of the Expo Pizza World Competition and a leading pizzaiolo in Sicily. Judge at numerous competitions across Italy.
